DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

Request deletion of your data
If you have provided personal information to Everything Frederick, or authorized a connected service such as Facebook/Meta to share information with Everything Frederick, you may request deletion of that information.
How to submit a request
- Go to the Everything Frederick contact/community page.
- Send a message stating that you are requesting a data deletion.
- Include enough information for us to identify the records you want deleted, such as the name and email address you previously used with Everything Frederick. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
- If your request concerns a Facebook/Meta connection, mention that in the request so we can identify data associated with that integration.
What happens next
We will review the request, may contact you to confirm your identity, and will delete or anonymize applicable personal information from systems we control unless we are required or permitted to retain specific records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
Disconnecting Facebook or Meta
You can also remove an app or business integration from your Facebook or Meta account settings. Removing an integration stops future access but may not automatically remove information that was previously provided to Everything Frederick, so submit a deletion request using the steps above if you also want previously received data deleted.
