Paige Galloway is a Frederick-based lifestyle creator, storyteller, and community connector whose content explores what it looks like to live a full, intentional life while navigating motherhood, personal growth, wellness, and community.

Her content spans local food and experiences, motherhood, movement, skating, wellness, and everyday life, but at the center of it all is a deeper commitment to finding joy, caring for herself holistically, and continuing to discover who she is beyond the roles and responsibilities she carries. Paige brings her audience along as she prioritizes her mental, emotional, and physical well-being, makes space for new experiences, and builds a life that feels meaningful for both herself and her daughter, Harlem.

That same sense of purpose extends into her work within the Frederick community. Paige is the co-founder of the Frederick Creator Collective, an organization focused on building community, collaboration, and opportunities for local creators, as well as co-host of The Collective Unscripted podcast. Through her own platform, she also partners with businesses, brands, and local organizations to create authentic short-form content rooted in storytelling, connection, and real-life experiences.

At the heart of Paige’s work is the belief that caring for yourself and showing up for your community can exist alongside motherhood, ambition, and everyday responsibility. Her content is an honest reflection of that journey: finding joy, staying curious, creating meaningful connections, and intentionally making room for a life that feels as good as it looks.

Born and raised in Frederick County, my connection to this community goes far beyond calling it home. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to experience and contribute to Frederick’s growth through community work, nonprofit organizations, local businesses, events, and now the creator economy. I’ve built relationships with the people and organizations that help shape Frederick’s culture while finding ways to connect others to the community around them. As Frederick continues to grow and evolve, I’m passionate about celebrating what makes this area special, supporting the people building here, and playing an active role in what comes next.
